Kleeer were a New York-based funk band that placed a dozen singles on the Billboard R&B chart from 1979 through 1985. Headed by drummer, arranger, songwriter, and vocalist Woody Cunningham, the band's original form took shape in 1972 to support vocal group the Choice Four.

All the tracks are solid with tight beats that still sound. good on a modern sound system, lush disco strings, some nice ARP synth action, and a wide range of hot vocals. Very well produced.
