David Allen Ogden Stiers (Peoria, 31 ottobre 1942 – Newport, 3 marzo 2018) è stato un attore, doppiatore e musicista statunitense, noto soprattutto per i suoi ruoli nella sitcom televisiva M*A*S*H come maggiore Charles Emerson Winchester III, e nel dramma fantascientifico The Dead Zone come reverendo Gene Purdy.
David nasceu em Peoria, Illinois, filho de Margaret Elizabeth Ogden e Kenneth Truman Stiers. [ 1] Ingressou na Universidade do Oregon assim que terminou o ensino médio, mas mudou-se para São Francisco, onde começou a atuar no teatro. Entrou na Juilliard School, onde estudou de 1968 a 1972. [ 2] Um de seus professores foi o ator John Houseman.
