She assembled a new set of Anita Kerr Singers in the seventies and returned to RCA in 1975 for a self-titled set in which she tackled such varied material as Janis Ian's "At Seventeen," Major Harris' "Love Won't Let Me Wait," and B.J. Thomas' "Hey Won't You Play (Another Somebody Done Somebody Wrong Song)."
Founder and leading member of the internationally acclaimed Anita Kerr Singers. Moved to Switzerland at the beginning of the 1970s. In 1985, she composed, arranged, and conducted Switzerland's entry in the Eurovision Song Contest. For abbreviated writing credits do NOT confuse with French composer André Kerr.
