Spiro Theodore Agnew (9. nóvember 1918 – 17. september 1996) var bandarískur stjórnmálamaður og 39.varaforseti Bandaríkjanna.Agnew var varaforseti frá 1969 þar til hann sagði af sér árið 1973. Hann er annar af tveimur varaforsetum Bandaríkjanna á eftir John C. Calhoun árið 1832 sem hafa sagt af sér, en ólíkt Calhoun sagði Agnew af sér vegna hneykslismála.
Spiro Theodore Agnew (9. marraskuuta 1918 – 17. syyskuuta 1996) oli Yhdysvaltain presidentti Richard Nixonin varapresidenttinä vuosina 1969–1973. Agnew toimi myös 55:ntenä Marylandin kuvernöörinä 1967–1969.Hän joutui eroamaan varapresidentin tehtävistä hieman ennen presidentti Nixonin eroa veropetoksen vuoksi.
