It is certainly "toward" a Jewish The*logy of Liberation as it certainly makes no systematic attempt to establish one, precisely. I found his exploration of Holocaust interpretations fascinating, and I absolutely loved his conviction to maintaining strong ties between all types of Jews and Christians for the sake of creating a better world.
