Sporting Triangles is a British game show that aired on ITV from 7 January 1987 to 13 August 1990. It was originally hosted by Nick Owen for the first two series and then hosted by Andy Craig for the last two series.
Sporting triangles was a quiz programme, devised by Matthew Davies and Robert Lawrence, which tested sports people's knowledge of sport. The programme was produced by Central Television and aired on the ITV network for four series from 7 January 1987 until 13 August 1990. The original host was Nick Owen who hosted series 1 and 2; he was replaced by Andy Craig who hosted the final two series.

The TV show itself – “Sporting Triangles” – showed from 1987 – 1990 and had team captains Andy Gray, Jimmy Greaves, Emlyn Hughes and Tessa Sanderson. Nick Owen was the original host. Ah, those celebrities of yester year! I still remember Saint and Greavsy on a Saturday lunchtime too! I actually miss them – before Grandstand they were.
