  7. As mandated by the State of Texas, students enrolling in a Texas institution of higher education are required to submit their TSIA scores for placement. The TSIA is a computer-based test which is oftentimes administered at a prospective student’s high school, is administered onsite at Sul Ross State University, or is offered online and can be taken at home.
