Get In the Van is a collection of journal entries, pictures, fan art, and show posters from Henry Rollin's time as lead singer of hardcore punk band Black Flag from 1981 to 1986. In my opinion, Henry Rollins is not a brilliant man, but he can teach you something about motivation, the importance of working hard, and the power of words if you are willing to learn.
1 de ene. de 1994 · I have the big softcover of Get in The Van, this was before Henry went all Pc and enlightening in my opinion, great stories of the band and of course my favorite the one where black flag and the Misfits chase down Motley Crew me being a Bigger Misfits Fan than Black Flag/Rollinsband I enjoyed this particular story now a legend.

I have listened to Mr. Rollins a good bit and enjoy the straight forward way he thinks. I'm a chapter in to get in the van and am completely drawn in. You can feel that the words are from Henry and not him relaying a story to some random writer. I can't help but to hear his voice while taking this journey with I'm in this van.
