School History. Our school was established in 1983, and was known as the Po Leung Kuk Kwong Fuk Estate Kindergarten. In 1993, we received a generous donation from the late Cantonese Opera Legend, Madame Tang Bik Wan. Subsequently, we named the school in her honour. We now operate under the name of Po Leung Kuk Tang Bik Wan Memorial Kindergarten.
We provide a wide range of community care & support services to senior citizens in order to enable them living well in the community with healthy life style, respect and dignity. Meanwhile, we have to promote positive ageing and to mobilize the public to build up a caring community for the aged. Different drop-in facilities are also set up for our visitors.
