Polina Grigórievna Astájova (Zaporizhia, Ucrania, Unión Soviética, 30 de octubre de 1936-5 de agosto de 2005) es una gimnasta artística soviética, una de las más exitosas gimnastas de su generación, ya que consiguió ganar cinco medallas de oro olímpicas entre las Olimpiadas de Melbourne 1956, Roma 1960 y Tokio 1964.
Polina Ghrighorievna Astakhova (Ukrainian: Поліна Григорівна Астахова; 30 October 1936 – 5 August 2005) was a Soviet and Ukrainian artistic gymnast. She won ten medals at the 1956, 1960 and 1964 Summer Olympics.

Polina Astakhova won team gold medals at the 1956, 1960 and 1964 Olympic Games, a feat that she shares with Larysa Latynina, making them the only gymnasts to be members of three gold-medal winning teams. Astakhova also won gold on the uneven parallel bars and placed third in the individual all-around in both 1960 and 1964.
