Fu Mingxia (Chinees: 伏明霞; Wuhan, 16 augustus 1978) is een Chinees voormalig schoonspringster.Ze is viervoudig olympisch kampioen bij drie Olympische Zomerspelen (1992, 1996 en 2000) en is een van de succesvolste schoonspringers aller tijden.
