David Roger Johansen, född 9 januari 1950 på Staten Island i New York, är en amerikansk sångare, munspelare, skådespelare och låtskrivare, baserad i New York. Johansen blev känd som frontfigur för glamrock / protopunkgruppen The New York Dolls i mitten av 1970-talet och upplevde kommersiell framgång som soloartist, speciellt under pseudonymen Buster Poindexter på 1980-talet.
