Franciszek Gajowniczek, François Gajowniczek en francés, (15 de noviembre de 1901 - 13 de marzo de 1995) es un sargento del ejército polaco cuya vida fue perdonada por los nazis en 1941, gracias al sacrificio del padre Maximilian Kolbe, quien ofreció su propia vida a cambio.
