Hace 2 días · Bruges is a great place for this, because it’s completely normal to see people out and about alone in the city. Everywhere I went, there was at least one other person who had come solo. The locals are also friendly and chatty and everyone I interacted with spoke English perfectly, which makes the experience of being alone abroad even easier.
