They do offer payment plans! You likely have to call/email/walk-in the Bursars office. They can help set you up with housing payment plan, college payment plan, etc. my tuition per semester is about $8,000-$10,000 without FAFSA. But with FAFSA it’s about $2,000-$4,000 a semester.
