The Seven is clearly either Azathoth, the blind idiot God, or another facet of Nyarlathotep. R'hllor is probably a mix of Nyarlathotep and Cthuga, while the Great Other, R'hllor's apparent counterpart is Ithaqua, or Wendigo. And it's very obvious that the Drowned God is some form of Cthulu.
TLDR: Azathoth is sleeping and the entire universe, all of time, is just one of their dreams and when the blind idiot god wakes up, everything ceases to exist. To prevent that, Azathoth is surrounded by a court of eldritch abominations playing infernal music to keep them asleep.
