19 de jun. de 2024 · The Cars. Wednesday, June 19, 2024. Following the massive success of The Cars' multi-Platinum debut, the quintet teamed up once again with producer Roy Thomas Baker (Queen, Journey) to record CANDY-O.
On June 13th, 1979, The Cars released 'Candy-O', their 2nd studio album. The most obvious feature of this release is the cover, painted by pin-up artist Alberto Vargas. The album charted to #3 in the US and #30 in the UK.
