Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll out 1 piece of dough into a thin log and divide into 6 or 8 pieces, depending on the size of dumplings you want.

Place the dumplings in the pan in a single layer, leaving a 1cm gap between them. Put the lid on the pan. Cook the dumplings for 3 minutes over a medium heat. Then add ⅓ cup of water to the pan and replace the lid.
