He has successfully summited over 40 peaks above 8,000 meters, earning him national pride in Nepal. His initial conquest of all 14 eight-thousanders, accomplished between 2006 and 2019, made him the 42nd person in history to achieve this feat.

Despite of the bad weather condition the duo managed to complete the official Guinness world record attempt successfully with the presence of 20-25 people as an audience.
