  3. 20 de may. de 2024 · Coming out of this on Thursday night I came away thinking this was really really excellent, but maybe just a notch below Fury Road. But I think this is another all time incredible film in so many ways. It has that certain something to it. It rips just like Fury Road did, but in a different-yet-similar way.

  6. 20 de may. de 2024 · It also doesn't feel very innovative (after Fury Road) and the CGI is disappointing at times. What it does is effectively make Fury Road a relentless 2 hour final act of Furiosa. Furiosa is now the lead movie, it sets up the world and Fury Road is the conclusion. I need to re-watch Fury Road asap to see how well it blends with Furiosa.

  7. 20 de may. de 2024 · Fury Road is still the better film for me, but I'm also glad for the ways this movie deviated and built out the world. Hemsworth's best performance by far, and a definite highlight. I'd say the soundtrack wasn't up to par with Fury Road's, and there were a couple dodgy moments of CGI, but otherwise this had a great, epic feel to it.
