26 de may. de 2024 · Traditionally, Catholics must abstain from eating meat on Ash Wednesday, which falls on Feb. 14 this year, and Good Friday, falling this year on March 30. And, because Christ died on a Friday, the Church asks us to also abstain from meat on all Fridays during the season of Lent. Lent is also a time of penance.
