Hace 3 días · Pol Pot was the leader of the Khmer Rouge. Following the Khmer Rouge victory on 17 April 1975, he became Premier of Democratic Kampuchea and led the country in its war against Vietnam. The Fall of Phnom Penh and the Fall of Saigon in April 1975 immediately brought a new conflict between Vietnam and Cambodia.
