28 de jul. de 2024 · レジー・ワークマン （ Reggie Workman 、 1937年 6月26日 - ）は、 アメリカ合衆国 ペンシルベニア州 フィラデルフィア 出身の モダン・ジャズ の ダブルベース 奏者。 略歴. ジジ・グライス 、 ロイ・ヘインズ 、 レッド・ガーランド のグループの一員として活動を始め、 1961年 にスティーヴ・デイヴィスの代わりに ジョン・コルトレーン のカルテットに加わった。 ヴィレッジ・ヴァンガード でのライブなどにも参加した。 コルトレーンのグループを退団した後は、 ジェームズ・ムーディ 、 アート・ブレイキー や ハービー・マン 、 アーチー・シェップ 、 リー・モーガン といったプレイヤーの録音に参加した。 日本の 日野皓正 のグループにも在籍したことがある。
