Either in terms of story or gameplay. For me I would want there to be a new protagonist, maybe with Akito returning as a mentor or partner, and I would want it to take place in a different part of Japan. Like Osaka, or Kyoto, or Hiroshima. Hokaido in the winter would be amazing. Hiroshima would sound cool.

Where Tango's The Evil Within games are Resident Evil remixes from the title on downwards, these latter projects stand on their own merits.
