Feels like a swinging Mary Poppins London, where everything hides a little magic and an uncomfortable number of people have lost their grip on reality.. I loved several ideas here, especially the Brotherhood of Sandwich Board Men, or whatever it was called. The way the stories weave in and out of each other should have been a win with me, but nothing really grabbed me.
