It's easy to work with others in Notion. Add members to collaborate together within a workspace. Want to work with people outside your team? Invite them as guests to view, comment on, or edit specific pages within the workspace.
Let’s start out very simply. If you want to share a page with another person in Notion, you can click the Share button in the top-right corner of the page. This brings up the Share menu. If the page is currently in the Private section of your sidebar, you’ll see only a few options.

Click the three-dot menu icon next to the person’s name. Choose either “Make admin” or “Make moderator” from the options. Send the invite by clicking “Send Invite”.
