The Spacemen 3 cover of Mudhoney's "When Tomorrow Hits," however, is the superior track. Spacemen 3 take a more, uh, respectful approach. Nevertheless, they radically transform Mudhoney's song. In doing so, they make the original Mudhoney recording sound like a demo. There is a hushed, slow motion tension and an undercurrent of menace.

When Tomorrow Hits. The only track on which both Pierce and Kember appear is "When Tomorrow Hits", a cover of a Mudhoney song. It was originally intended for a double A-side split single, with Mudhoney covering "Revolution" from Playing With Fire.
13 de may. de 2009 · Track 13 is a cover of the Spacemen 3 song 'Revolution' that was issued on the 'This Gift' 12-inch maxi-single and released by Glitterhouse Records in 1989 ( GR 0070 ). Also issued later on the 'Hate the Police' EP, which was released by Au-go-go in November 1990 ( ANDA-122 CD ).
In 1996, Mudhoney appeared in the comedy movie Black Sheep, starring Chris Farley and David Spade. The band was shown performing at an MTV concert and then speaking with Farley backstage. Tomorrow Hit Today was released in September 1998.
Arguably the best track on their 1989 first full-length album.
