Something About Today is the major label debut and third overall EP by the Screaming Trees, and also a single (for the title track), released on Epic Records. It would be followed up by their first full album for the label, Uncle Anesthesia, in 1991.
Hey, it's from a 20 year old tape. But it's one of my all-time favorite albums and this is one of their best songs. If only they'd remaster this album.------...

Finally, the exclusive “numb inversion version” of the title track ends the Something About Today EP with an acoustic honky-tonk take on the song which the band eventually releases as a straight forward rocker on that forthcoming full-length album Uncle Anesthesia.
