15 de feb. de 2024 · In 2018, Byrds co-founders Roger McGuinn and Chris Hillman teamed up with country star Marty Stuart and His Fabulous Superlatives for a 50th anniversary salute to the Byrds’ watershed 1968 album Sweetheart of the Rodeo, a work that helped usher in the whole genre of country-rock music.
7 de feb. de 2023 · Stuart and his band are set to embark on a coast-to-coast tour that kicks off on February 9 in Chattanooga, TN, with a performance at Stagecoach Music Festival on April 29. This summer, he will hit the road with Chris Stapleton for a run of dates.
5 de jun. de 2018 · McGuinn and Hillman will be joined on stage for the tour by country legends Marty Stuart and His Fabulous Superlatives. Stuart himself plays the famous 1954 Fender Telecaster originally owned by legendary country-rock pioneer Clarence White, a performer on Sweetheart of the Rodeo.
