Hirsi Ali Isse 'Magan' (Somali: Xirsi Cali Ciise "Magan") (Arabic: حرسي مجن عيسى); 1935 — 2008), commonly known as Hirsi Magan, was a Somali scholar, intellectual, and political dissident. He was a prominent figure in the Somalian Rebellion, Somali culture, and Somalia's political elite.

Her father, Hirsi Magan Isse, was a prominent member of the Somali Salvation Democratic Front and a leading figure in the Somali Revolution. Shortly after she was born, her father was imprisoned due to his opposition to Siad Barre’s Communist government.
