Incarnate is a compilation album by American doom metal band The Obsessed. It consists of tracks taken from a number of rare and unreleased sources, namely their Sodden Jackal and Altamont Nation 7"s, the Hellhound Records What the Hell! compilation, and some unreleased demos.
Dale Crover (born October 23, 1967) is an American rock musician. Crover is best known as the drummer for Melvins and has also been the drummer for Men of Porn, Shrinebuilder, Crystal Fairy and, for a brief time, Nirvana. He is also guitarist and vocalist for Altamont.

Highlights include the stomping “Concrete Cancer”, “Spirit Caravan” and “Streetside”. “Incarnate” is a treasure trove for diehard fans of this criminally under-recorded band, but it would also serve as a fine introduction to the band, especially considering that most of The Obsessed’s albums are now out of print.
