Edward Andrew "Ned" Brower (born December 15, 1978) is the former drummer/vocalist in the Los Angeles rock quintet Rooney and is also a model and actor.
Ned Brower was born on 15 December 1978 in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA. He is an actor and director, known for Not Another Teen Movie (2001), Big Fat Liar (2002) and Repli-Kate (2002). He has been married to Sarah Jane Morris since 19 February 2005.
Ned Brower is a retired police officer of the LAPD, who now works as an armored car driver for the Joint Assets Securities. He is portrayed by Ted Levine in Best Buds in Lethal Weapon. Brower takes life seriously, and even his work almost as seriously as life itself.
Rooney first formed as Ed Rooney in 1999. The original lineup consisted of Robert Schwartzman, Matthew Winter on bass, Teddy Briggs on drums, and Matthew Star (née Srolestar) and Taylor Locke on guitar. Ned Brower replaced Briggs as drummer and Louie Stephens was added as keyboardist.

Besides featuring some very powerful, tasteful drumming, I found them to be extremely melodic, with hooks that stuck in my head for days after the show. Story by Billy Amendola.
