Application for entry to the Norman Manley Law School shall be made by persons ordinarily resident in Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Belize, Jamaica, Montserrat and St. Kitts and Nevis. Applications from the other territories should be made to the Hugh Wooding Law School and the Eugene Dupuch Law School.

Named for Jamaican statesman Norman Manley, NMLS is one of three law schools empowered by the (Caribbean) Council of Legal Education to award Legal Education Certificates, along with the Eugene Dupuch Law School in the Bahamas and the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad and Tobago.
What we do. The Clinic accepts general legal matters in addition to cases that fall within the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court, Corporate Area Parish Courts or the Portmore Family Court.
