Michael D. Fascitelli (born c. 1957) is an American businessman. He is a member of the Vornado Realty Trust board of trustees and former CEO and president of the company before stepping down from day-to-day responsibilities on February 26, 2013.
Michael D. Fascitelli has served on the Board of Directors of Invitation Homes since November 2017 and was appointed the Chairperson of the Board of Directors in May 2021. From January 2014 to November 2017, Mr. Fascitelli served on the Board of Starwood Waypoint Homes and its predecessor.
