In 2001, Faster Pussycat reformed with original members Downe (vocals), Muscat (guitar) and Steele (guitar), alongside Downe's former Newlydeads bandmates Xristian Simon (guitar), Danny Nordahl (bass) and Chad Stewart (drums). Nordahl had also played in the Throbs, and Nordahl and Chad Stewart also both play in Motochrist.
Danny Nordahl, also known as Slim Tender, is the bassist of Faster Pussycat, a LA glam rock band led by Taime Downe. He has played with various bands and genres, from punk to industrial, and is a roadie for The Ramones.

23 de jul. de 2008 · The last version of The Newlydeads is basically Faster Pussycat. It’s Xristian (Simon), Danny (Nordahl) and Chad (Stewart). You obviously are pretty good friends with a lot of the guys on this tour.
