Robert William "Robbie" Fulks (born March 25, 1963) is an American alternative country singer-songwriter, instrumentalist and long-time resident of Chicago, Illinois. He has released 15 albums over a career spanning more than 30 years.

A lyrical concept Fulks used on that earlier album - a .45 can be a gun or a record - becomes an entire song ("Old 45's) here. "If That's Country" is a more enduringly humorous poke at modern Nashville than Fulks' own "Fuck This Town" or Watson's "Nashville Rash."
