Austin Butler is an American actor, producer and soundtrack performer, best known for his roles in Elvis, Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood and The Carrie Diaries. He was born in 1991 in Anaheim, California, and has been nominated for an Oscar for his portrayal of Elvis Presley.
Butler gained wider prominence for his portrayal of Elvis Presley in Baz Luhrmann 's Elvis (2022), for which he won the Golden Globe and BAFTA Award, and was also nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actor. Time magazine named him one of the 100 most influential people in the world in 2023. [1]
