Tony Fennell (born 16 November 1963) is a British musician, songwriter and producer. He was the lead singer, lyricist and musician for the band Ultravox from 1992 until 1994, as well as a writer and producer of music for television. Fennell has signed publishing and recording contracts with Warner Brothers, Atlantic, EMI and BMG.
On March 11, 2019, guitarist Tony Fennell announced his departure from the band in a statement that was posted on the band's Facebook page. He was replaced by Alex Kane, a previous Enuff Z'nuff band member who had played with the band before their first major label breakthrough.
