Reviewed by Tony Cummings. It was clearly a storming gig. What could have been a logistical nightmare and a musical mess turns out to be a tremendous celebration of both the talent-in-depth represented in the Rev Bazil Meade’s aggregations and the flexibility of a choir able to sound soulful and convincing yet blend with the disparate musical styles of a Martin Smith and a Carleen Anderson.
