Percival Harry Westmore (29 October 1904 – 30 September 1970) was a prominent member of the Westmore family of Hollywood make-up artists. He rose to the position of head of the Warner Bros. make-up department, and with his brothers founded the studio "The House of Westmore" on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles.
The Westmore's influenced beauty far beyond the salon and the big screen. Hairstyles and Make-up guidelines were all developed by "Make-up Expert", Perc Westmore for the United States Army in 1945.
Perc began his career at First National Studios, in 1923, before it became Warner Brothers Studios. While still under contract with Warners, he and his twin Ern were in charge of the wig department of the Max Factor Company for six years.
