Christian Lundgaard (Danish pronunciation: [ˈkʰʁestjæn ˈlɔnˀˌkɒˀ]; born 23 July 2001) is a Danish professional racing driver who is driving the No. 45 Honda for Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing in the IndyCar Series.

The 2022 NTT INDYCAR SERIES Rookie of the Year, Danish driver Christian Lundgaard is returning for his third season with Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing. Previously in his career, Lundgaard was an Alpine junior racer who spent two seasons in the FIA Formula 2 Championship and claimed two wins and six podiums in 2020.
