Synopsis. When three-year-old Saville Kent is found murdered in dreadful circumstances at the family home in Wiltshire, Commissioner Mayne ( Tim Pigott-Smith) sends Scotland Yard detective Inspector Jack Whicher ( Paddy Considine) to investigate the crime.
