Ukita Hideie (宇喜多秀家? Prov. de Bizen 1573 - Hachijojima 7 de diciembre de 1655), fue un samurái y daimyō del período Sengoku de las provincias de Bizen y Mimasaka (hoy Prefectura de Okayama ). Hideie fue hijo de Ukita Naoie y contrajo nupcias con la hija de Maeda Toshiie .
Ukita Hideie (宇喜多 秀家, 1572 – December 17, 1655) was the daimyō of Bizen and Mimasaka Provinces (modern Okayama Prefecture), and one of the council of Five Elders appointed by Toyotomi Hideyoshi. Son of Ukita Naoie, he married Gōhime, a daughter of Maeda Toshiie.
Ukita Hideie (宇喜多秀家) Hideie UKITA was a Japanese military commander as well as a feudal lord in the Azuchi-Momoyama period. He was one of the Gotairo (Council of Five Elders) under Toyotomi's government. He was commonly called 'Bizen no kuni saisho' (prime minister of Bizen Province).
The Ukita were a local samurai clan in Bizen but became powerful daimyo when Ukita Naoie was the head of the clan. Ukita Hideie became Toyotomi Hideyoshi's one of the five great senior retainers called Gotairō who helped Hideyoshi.

Ukita Hideie was born as the second son of Ukita Naoie, the ruler of Okayama Castle. Tragically, Hideie's father passed away when he was just nine years old, thrusting him into the responsibilities of leading the castle, clan, and domain. Prior to his father's demise, the Ukita clan had aligned with Oda Nobunaga.
