François Michel Le Tellier, Marqués de Louvois (París, 18 de enero de 1641 - Versalles, 16 de julio de 1691), fue un estadista francés que ocupó diversos ministerios y en particular el de la guerra durante el reinado de Luis XIV de Francia.

The Marquis de Louvois was appointed superintendent of the Buildings, Arts and Factories of France in 1683. He directed all major building work ordered by the Sun King at Chambord and its surroundings, alongside architect Jules Hardouin-Mansart.

Fils de Michel Le Tellier, il reçoit en 1654 la survivance du secrétariat d'État à la Guerre. Membre du Conseil des dépêches (1661), il est associé à son père au secrétariat d'État (1662). Surintendant des Postes (1668), il devient membre du Conseil d'en haut et ministre d'État en 1672.
