Michał Klepfisz ( Warsaw, 17 April 1913 [1] – 20 April 1943, Warsaw) [2] was a chemical engineer, activist for the Bund, and member of the Jewish Morgenstern sports organization. [3] During World War II he belonged to the Jewish Combat Organization, fighting the Nazi German forces in Poland.

He was also the father of Irena Klepfisz, whose book Her Birth and Later Years: New and Selected Poems, 1971–2021 was published by Wesleyan in December of 2022.
