Nawab Syed Hussain Bilgrami, Imad-ul-Mulk Bahadur, CSI (1842-1926) was an Indian civil servant, politician, educationalist and an early leader of the All India Muslim League.
Syed Bilgrami was the first Indian Member of Council of Secretary of State for India at Whitehall (1907-1909) and he drafted the letter that was presented to Lord Minto by the Agha Khan, in 1906, on behalf of Indian Muslims concerning Muslim Representation at the time of the Minto Reforms.

Syed Hussain Bilgrami was an Indian teacher of Islamic studies and a poltician. Syed was born in the year 1844 in the town of Bihar and died in the year 1926 in the city of Hyderabad. Syed worked at Cunning College in Lucknow as an Arabic linguist from 1866-1873. In 1874, Syed became the secretary of Salar Jung until he died.
