Use DDU with the internet disconnected and deleting AMD installation folder C:\AMD and running the FULL AMD Package from AMD Download page. Once the AMD package installs successfully, reconnect the internet and again delete C:\AMD installation folder.

Looking at C:\Program Files\AMD\CIM\Install.log, I found this error: ""checkPendingFileRenameOperations - This rename operation might affect the install of AMD Software. Reboot is recommended before installing." In the end, I solved it by simply uninstalling the "AMD Radeon Software" that had been installed by Windows automatically.

16 de abr. de 2023 · On first reboot the AMD icon appeared in the System Tray and I reconfigured all my game profiles. I rebooted Windows 11 Pro again and now it no longer automatically loads. In order to track my game performance and tweak settings, I will have to manually run AMD Adrenalin.
