If I were to blind pick an standard enchanter, Lulu does everything. Janna is fast but high cooldowns, Nami is strong early but falls off into uselessness. Sona isn’t a champion. Yummi is a Rabbadons for the highest kda ally. Karma is a midlaner cosplaying as an enchanter. Seraphine is a support cosplaying as a midlaner.
I’d say Yuumi, Soraka, Lulu, Sona, Nami and Janna scale the best (from best to worst, but I’m not 100% sure, it’s just my opinion). The other ones you mentioned are mages that can be played as enchanters, not real enchanters, and Senna is..

He does best when he can brawl his enemies directly, which allows him to quickly reduce his cooldowns as he auto-attacks.
