For years (due to a Google image search result) I thought this was a piece from Alphonse Mucha. However upon recent searches through reputable sites showing his "entire collections" this piece is not included.
It is a photo of his younger self. It was taken at the ScrewAttack Gaming Convention in June 2013, that was the first time Matt, Drake, Ronnie, and Goombah met up in person. There's only two videos I know of that show the original photo: the "Why You Play Video Games" episode and the CoD Zombies episode.

I have no idea what this is. Guy on the far left is MatPat (Matthew Patrick), the host of Game Theory on YouTube. He uses this pic of himself a lot as his stand-in with editing, so to most people who haven't seen this pic, he just always looks photoshopped bc of his videos. Probably a good thing.
15 de ene. de 2021 · I took some of the frames from the 2 videos that I'm aware of this image appearing in, put them together, & filled in the missing top corners. It isn't the original, & it's not perfect, but it's the fullest public version I'm aware of.
