  3. Accessing email. Go to: https://outlook.office.com. This takes you to a Microsoft login page. In the login box enter your Oxford username followed by @OX.AC.UK. You won’t need a password. You will be redirected to the Oxford Single Sign-On (SSO) login page. Log in as usual with your SSO account details.

  4. Personal Oxford email addresses are always in the form first.last@unit.ox.ac.uk. This format was chosen because it reduces the chances of duplicate addresses being generated (see below). The first.last part is taken from name data on the University Card record.
